We offer completely free assistance navigating the complexity of building codes for simple projects in a simple input and output format.  This information is often needed to be included in permit submittal documentation so the permitting agency can review the scope of work for code compliance. 

This information can be used to draw up plans and submit to the local agency, or for a small fee we draw up the document including a simple site plan based on your design inputs.  You are the designer and take complete responsibility for the design to be submitted for review.
