Select a project type to get started. If multiple project types are needed, each project type will require an individual sheet. If documentation assistance is needed, each sheet requires its own fee. Blue fields require use input.

| Electric | New electrical branch circuits, branch circuit modifications and upgrades |
| Gas | Sizing gas piping runs requires gas piping size, type and branch lengths |
| Plumbing | General plumbing upgrades and alterations for simple improvements |
| Roof | Roof covering replacements not including any structural improvements |
| Window | Window replacements no including any structural improvements |
| HVAC | HVAC modifications. Energy compliance required using forms provided by the California Energy Commission |
